Hello my name is Duke also known as Dukers from my foster mama. This cold weather thing is still new to me, but I love all the new scents when we go outside! I’m around 2 years old and a big boy at 72 pounds and could stand to gain a few My foster family consists of another dog who is a little bigger than me who I'm really starting to like, I'm trying to win her over with my charm. There are also 2 cats, who I've been very good with so far; however, I am curious of the one when he moves fast. And they have this tiny human who is loud and moves a lot. He's great to give kisses to, and I really don't mind him, he gives good hugs and pets. My favorite thing is to be loved and get pets and attention! I'm a really good kisser and give you my paw so I can pet you back. Overall, I'm a very calm, content guy who's looking for my furever family so I can show them how much love I have to give. I know how to sit, shake and haven't had any inside accidents yet! I really don't like slippery laminate floors, the ones here scare me at times, but if I walk on them I get to spend time next to my foster family which is where I like to be. I'm ok alone at times with music playing softly and a nice blanket to curl up on, that way I can relax and nap until I join my foster family again in the mornings or when they get home from work. I'm not much of a barker so far unless I'm scared and don't wanna be alone. I get nervous in new areas and freeze at times, but with reassurance I can do anything. Dukes's adoption fee is $375 which covers his neuter, vaccinations, microchip and any additional medical care he may have needed while in the rescue’s care. We are a foster based rescue, we do not house dogs at a facility. Age and breed, are NLR's best guess as we often don't know who or what mom and dad are.
