Indy

Hi! My name is Indy.  I am about 1 year old and 41 lbs.  I was recently rescued from Texas and I now live with my foster family.  My two different colored eyes and calm personality are what my foster mom loves most about me.  I am mostly quiet, but I do get a little chatty when playing with my foster brother.  I'm kind of hesitant around my foster sister.  While we are learning to be better friends, my foster brother is my favorite friend.

There are three human foster siblings in my house ranging from under 6 to a teenager.  I love to play with them! I've even gone to a few softball games with my foster family, and I didn't make a peep! Most people were surprised to hear that I was only a year old because I was so well behaved.

I am still working on learning manners like not jumping on people.  I'm doing better with basic commands like sit, stay, and kennel.  I am KILLING IT at potty training.  I'm doing great with the doggy door.  I'm still not too sure about my kennel, but if I have something to keep me occupied like toys and balls, I do better.

I would love a family that has time to exercise with me.  I love to be active and I love to be loved on.  I do well with other dogs so long as we have a slow introduction, but I haven't been around any cats yet.
